- 7g baking powder

Instructions:
Prepare the dough:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, instant yeast, anise, fennel, lightly toasted sesame seeds and salt.

- Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until smooth and soft.
